About the Role:
We are hiring two experienced Remote Appointment Setters to work for our client, a leading real estate investment company specializing in property sales and parking space investments.
As an Appointment Setter, your role will be to engage with potential investors and property buyers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in real estate, property investment, or financial services to work remotely in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in real estate and property investments.
* Qualify leads by assessing their investment interest, financial capacity, and suitability.
* Handle objections professionally, providing relevant information to engage prospects.
* Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to maximize conversions.
* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM with interactions and progress.
* Work closely with the sales team to refine call scripts and improve success rates.
Requirements:
* Experience in real estate, property investment sales, or financial services is essential.
* Proven track record in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales prospecting.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence on the phone.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets consistently.
* Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work remotely.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and communication tools.
* Fluent in English
