Job summary Redbridge Health and Social Services is looking for an experienced Deputy Director to lead and deliver ambitious plans to redesign and transform our community health and social services to prevent, delay and reduce resident's health & care needs. The right candidate will have excellent track records in both adult health and adult social care with rapid service turnarounds, complex financial management, demand management, extensive care pathway redesign and service transformation that put prevent avoidable hospital admissions and promote earlier discharge from hospitals back into the community. About us Starting with NELFT NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
