Requirements:
5. Manage a complex caseload with supervision, ensuring compliance with policy, procedures, and legislation.
6. Prepare statements and represent clients in court, working within legislative frameworks.
7. Make complex decisions using professional judgment, involving service users and needs-led assessments.
8. Assess risk and need in complex cases, conduct safeguarding investigations, and maintain updated care plans.
9. Develop care plans with other agencies, ensuring they reflect service user wishes and lead to personalized care.
10. Negotiate care arrangements with individuals, balancing choice with budget constraints.
11. Collaborate across multi-agency teams and undertake direct work with adults and their families.
12. Communicate effectively in high-risk situations, modelling strong communication and decision-making skills.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
13. Social Work England registration
14. Eligible to work in the UK
15. Hold a full UK licence
16. Post-qualified experience
17. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
