Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Ideal candidate would have a wide range of experience to undertake a variety of administrative tasks with previous coordinating experience desirable. The candidate would have excellent organisational and communication skills, to support accountability in project delivery to meet internal and client's objectives. You will be a self-motivated individual to assist with improving delivery, whist able to develop innovative solutions within the department. Some key duties include: • Administration (Raise Pos/goods receipt them. Booking hotels for our engineers plus much more) • Estimating • Procurement • Project Planning • Supervision & Communication • Quality Assurance • Quality Control • Health & Safety • Running line searches to ensure safe digging for the engineers on site • Design and draft signs and overlays in accordance with the requirements of the client and the BPA Code of Practice • Manage and continuously improve any processes related to signage and improve efficiencies and productivity is maximised • Set up new Accounts with PayByPhone with the correct tariffs set then ensuring the new location code is installed on signage drafts • Prepare all Signage Maintenance Orders (SMOs) for Account Managers and update signage plans • Update internal back-office system (Cayenne) with signage images, signage templates, signage plans & close off support tickets once scheduled works on site have been completed Formal Qualifications and Experience required: • Operate an effective and efficient administration system for all areas of responsibility and be capable of meeting tight SLA’s and deadlines. • Respond promptly to all phone calls, e-mails and messages received. • To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role in respect of work undertaken, timescales adhered to and dealings with people at all levels in the business in a manner appropriate to their needs. • Adhere to Company Policies, procedures and quality standards • To be aware of the importance of Health and Safety issues and to comply by the company’s Health and Safety Policy, Procedures and Rules. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 – essential Desirable but not essential experience: • A basic understanding regarding the BPA Code of Practice and how this affects installations and planning applications • Photoshop CC 2018 • InDesign CC 2018 Personal Attributes/Skills: Team Working: Co-operating with and respecting colleagues to exceed the sum of individual efforts Customer Service: Creating the best possible experience for ParkingEye clients and their customers Communication: The ability to listen, express and articulate information effectively Performance Management: Delivery of business objectives through effective setting of personal and team goals Results Focused: Getting the job done in an efficient way through effective time, task and financial management Leadership: Inspiring, supporting and developing others to achieve outstanding levels of performance.
