Technical Administrator – Financial Services Location - Cardiff Salary - Highly Competitive Bonus Hours - Full-time A unique opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator to join a highly successful specialist Cardiff based Practice, who are an Appointed Representative of St. James Place Plc You will be supporting the Financial Planning Manager and the private and corporate clients of the Practice, including SME business owners, professional sportspeople and exiting business owners. Key responsibilities are to ensure the support provided both externally and internally is of, and to the highest level. The role will include some basic/low level Paraplanning along with administrative duties. You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries. You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software. You will be preparing letters, presentations and reports for Client Review meetings, creating individualised Client reports including analysis of investment performance Completion of critical yield, annual allowance, and carry forward calculations. Technical Administrator requirements: You should be an experienced Technical Administrator with great report writing / technical skills You will have proven experience of working within a Wealth Management or Financial Services environment. St. James’s Place experience is desirable but not essential.
