One day, we might be helping people to understand the support available to them to resolve an important health issue…another, encouraging a young person to save early for retirement and prevent them living in poverty in old age…and another, demonstrating to diverse underrepresented groups in the workplace that they belong in a company and can thrive in their career there. As an Employee Experience Apprentice, you will work as part of a team on a wide variety of complex projects, serving as a key resource for the leading consultant on each of your engagements. You will be encouraged to develop an understanding of our client solutions as possible by supporting across multiple, complex projects. Typical work for an apprentice within this team might include: Helping our clients communicate their rewards package to their employees through engagement campaigns, including writing the content, developing ideas for the brand, and proofreading the final text. Developing pension communication materials which encourage people to save for a fulfilling retirement – and create awareness around a complicated topic. Work with consultants to plan key change management activities and milestones for major projects, including organisational restructuring and HR transformation. Work with consultants to prepare organisations for more transparency on pay. Support clients with employee experience and workplace wellbeing projects, including both financial, mental, and physical wellbeing. The apprenticeship will be guided by our government training provider and be due for completion within 20-24 months. You will be fully supported throughout your apprenticeship programme by WTW colleagues including an apprentice buddy.
