Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage four sales teams (~30 sales professionals) to achieve business targets.
* Support and mentor three Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.
* Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
* Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.
* Oversee key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring strong client relationships.
* Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.

* Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and sales analysis.
* Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
* A results-driven leader with a passionate, energetic, and ebullient approach.
* Ability to analyse data and trends to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
