The Role We are thrilled to go to market for our new Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager. Are you passionate about driving change and improving processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As the CI Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Site Manager you will lead the identification, development, and implementation of initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. You will be accountable for leading key projects to elevate performance and efficiency across the Bradford plant. Working collaboratively with core functions—including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical, and Health & Safety—you’ll design and deploy methodologies and processes to support the delivery of improvement projects that align with the site’s operational strategy and objectives. What you’ll be doing as CI Manager Evaluating, identifying, and prioritizing continuous improvement projects that make a tangible difference. Fostering collaboration across all departments to ensure initiatives are embraced at all levels. Acting as the expert in factory processes and equipment, working closely with site teams to optimize capacity, reliability, and other key performance areas. Designing and implementing impactful changes that benefit both employees and the organization. Championing Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to deliver performance improvement projects. Driving cultural change and engaging stakeholders in a shared vision for operational excellence. About You We are looking for a motivated and strategic thinker with a strong background in engineering or manufacturing and a proven track record of leading CI initiatives. Key skills and qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in a similar CI, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement role within a manufacturing or engineering setting. Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred), and other CI tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
