As they continue their ambitious growth journey, they’re looking to hire an experienced Logistics & Order Life Cycle Manager to lead a vital function within their Central Supply Chain team. This role is based at the East Midlands site, where you’ll manage a team of 10, overseeing the full order management process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service for customers. The Role Lead and manage the end-to-end order life cycle process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched with 100% fulfilment. Manage and develop a team of 10 through coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, and cultural development. Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales) and external partners to deliver seamless operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving efficiency across systems and workflows. Act as the main point of contact for 3PL providers, monitoring KPIs and ensuring high standards are consistently met. What We’re Looking For Experience in order management, customer service or logistics, ideally in FMCG or 3PL environments. Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams. Strong technical skills in ERP systems (e.g., JDE or similar), Excel, and data reporting tools (Power BI, Click). A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a passion for driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What’s On Offer?
