Our client is a leading manufacturing consultancy, a Siemens and Janus Engineering Partner with a mission to enhance manufacturing businesses across the world by leveraging their expertise in the latest technologies, including Siemens NX CAM and Janus.

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead their sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the engineering and manufacturing sectors, with a deep understanding of digital transformation solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their manufacturing processes.
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitors.
* Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
* Proven experience with digital transformation solutions, preferably with Siemens NX CAM and Janus Engineering products.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
