Location: Bournemouth and Christchurch
Pay: £ an hour

About the Role:
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs within our schools in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. You will deliver tailored support to the individual needs of the pupils, fostering an inclusive learning environment so that each pupil can access the learning in a way that is best for them. With your expertise in SEN education, you will empower students to reach their full potential, both in their learning and in their personal and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support and guidance to students, promoting their academic and personal development
* Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to create support plans for pupils
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting effective communication and collaboration
* Being proactive and adaptable, taking into account the needs of the individual and tailoring support and strategies accordingly
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with students with SEN in a Primary school setting
* Strong understanding of different SEN and effective strategies for supporting students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
* Dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education
