Salary: Up to £36,507 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience).
Location: Andover Campus
Working Pattern: 37hrs per week / 52 weeks per year
The Role
Working within our Construction department, the successful applicant will be joining a College that has a strong focus on providing our learners with the skills and knowledge to promote construction skills. Ideally, candidates will have a sound knowledge of brick occupations and the construction industry with a comprehensive knowledge of current site health and safety legislation.
Whilst you do not have to have a formal teaching qualification or teaching experience to apply for this role, you do need to have:
1. A willingness to attain teaching and assessing qualifications. Courses are run in-house by the College.
2. Excellent communication skills with an interest and passion to interact with and develop young people.
3. Enthusiasm and drive to support our plan for the continued growth and development of our construction curriculum.
