Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor in their search for an Assistant Site Manager located in Norfolk, paying up to £60,000 per annum. This role will involve travelling between various sites across Norfolk, so it is essential you are willing to travel.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within the program.
2. Attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors.
3. Reporting progress to senior management.
4. Ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
5. Handling other project packages as the work advances.
Requirements include:
1. Experience managing Residential projects.
2. Minimum of 5 years' involvement within site management.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Desire for a permanent role.
5. Hands-on approach to project management.
6. Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
7. Proficiency in computer skills.
