Are you an organised and proactive Sales Administrator looking to join a growing and dynamic Sales & Estimating Team? We are working with a leading company seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential support to their sales team in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process, assisting with quotations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks to support the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing quotations in a timely manner.
* Identifying potential delays in quotations and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
* Supporting sales representatives with proposals, bids, purchase orders, invoices, sales collateral, and customer service calls.
* Maintaining accurate records of tenders and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date.
* Assisting with trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
* Handling customer inquiries, providing key updates, and maintaining strong client communication.
* Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive sales success.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-3 years’ experience in a sales administration role.
* Experience in construction or engineering industries (desirable).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
