They now have a fantastic field-based opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join their Peripheral Intervention - Oncology sales team.
The Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
The PI Oncology portfolio has a broad range of innovative solutions within biopsy, both core needle and vacuum assisted solutions, markers, bone biopsy, ports, drainage etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of Peripheral Intervention with key customers including Radiologists, Surgeons, Nurses, and Procurement in order to fully support and develop the UK business.
The role is critical in creating a comprehensive awareness with each customer on the value and role of the portfolio create, so that each patient can benefit from the technologies available to them. The role will have a big focus on implementing new technology and patient pathways incorporating a detailed program.
Responsibilities
* Sales experience, preferably in Radiology, Breast, and Urology, or be keen to transition from another sector into medical device sales.
* Successful track record in sales, including the implementation of new product lines.
* Be capable of driving new business while maintaining strong customer relations.
* Demonstrate effective time management and administrative skills.
* Exhibit excellent listening and analytical abilities.
* Have experience in selling to hospital departments (preferred).
* Be skilled in tender preparation and presentations.
