The client
Working for a global business, you will provide administrative support to their existing customer base.
This is a great role for an experienced Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis but likely to convert to permanent for the right candidate.
The role
Processing spare part orders for existing customer
Raising quotes for both new and existing customers
Providing administrative support for other departments
Organising parts for different jobs
Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery
Ensuring all goods in and out are updated on the system
Liaising with national and international suppliers
General administration
Handling inbound calls and emails
The candidate
Previous experience in an administration/ customer service role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Great attention to detail
Happy to work independently but also within a team
Available to start ASAP
