Do you have a desire to be an integral part of a company's long-term, future success and direction?
If so, this role could be the one you’ve been waiting for.

They are a modern engineering business that is committed to advanced manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0. With this in mind, they are seeking a talented individual to help them expand their product offering and utilisation of equipment and ultimately increase factory output.
This is a brand-new role within the business, which makes it a great opportunity to make the role your own. The thing to bear in mind is that with any new role, there is likely to be limited support with any job-specific skills gaps so you will need to be quietly confident in your own capabilities as a capable and forward-thinking project engineer.

• Perform manual turning, milling, and vertical boring.
• Plan, estimate, and program manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes with a fresh perspective.

• Proven experience in CAD/CAM and 5-axis milling machines.
• Proficiency in CNC multiple-axis operations (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma).
• Knowledge of manual turning, milling, and vertical boring.
• Excellent planning, estimating, and programming abilities.
• Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing role involving project delivery and quality management.
• Ability to innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of HighQA software would be an advantage but not essential
In Return You Can Expect:
• Circa £46-52k dependant on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
• Days, Monday to Friday

• Excellent potential for development and career progression within the business.
• Hands-on role with opportunities to work on advanced multi-tasking machines.
• Interesting and varied work.
• Opportunity to make a significant impact on our product offering and factory output.
Immediate start available, although we will wait for the right person too.
