The Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are seeking a motivated and hardworking team member to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career within an exciting and busy department. The purpose of this role is to lead on compliance and managing the process of airport security passes, as well as supporting Shared Apprenticeship Scheme with recruitment and day-to-day duties to ensure the department runs efficiently and smoothly.
In addition, you will carry out the following tasks:
Leading on airside pass related activities.
Resourcing of candidates
Hosting intake days for new apprentices.
Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors.
Co-ordinating CSCS and L1 Health & Safety training
Ensuring document compliance from both apprentices and contractors.
Ensuring all centralised documentation is always stored correctly and is up to date.
Maintaining and updating internal systems.
Producing weekly recruitment and current apprentice reports.
Registering candidates onto internal systems.
Creation of apprentice contracts and induction documents.
Co-ordinating apprenticeship inductions.
Assisting with apprentice payroll
Filing, scanning and general administration

Previous office or administration experience
Good attention to detail
To be proactive and use own initiative when appropriate
Experience with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have great time management and multitasking skills
