Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Emergency Division as a Operational Manager. Responsible for the management, delivery, and development of one of the Medical Specialities, the post holder will have considerable experience who has shown innovation, drive, and leadership in their existing position. We are looking for someone who is able to manage a dynamic and changing workload providing oversight to the team. The post holder will be expected to utilise skills around human resources, finance and organisational change.
