Site / Project Manager Prime Residential New Build Hertfordshire | £3m Contract | Super Prime Contractor An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site or Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a 5,000 sq ft, £3 million new build prime residence in Hertfordshire. This project is being delivered by a medium-sized super prime contractor known for crafting exceptional homes for private clients in exquisite locations across the Home Counties and London. T he Role: You will lead the end-to-end delivery of this high-specification modern new build, managing the site independently while working closely with the clients professional team (architect, engineer, interior designer) and a trusted supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to run the project autonomously with support from senior leadership when needed.
