Job Description: The Assistant Employee Relations Manager will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and implementation of strategies that promote positive relationships between employees and management. You will assist in handling employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of our human resources objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing employee relations cases, including investigations into complaints or concerns.
* Help ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, ensuring a fair and compliant workplace.
* Collaborate with HR and management to address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
* Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, supporting a positive work environment.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
* Assist in delivering training and workshops related to employee relations and compliance.
* Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
* Assist in monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics related to employee relations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
