The Role Responsibilities The Senior Property Administrator will play a key role in the property management process, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered. Responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional property maintenance advice and support to landlords and tenants. Handling property management tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with operating procedures. Maintaining the key register and managing a contractor database. Building strong relationships with the network of lettings offices and coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy work. Promptly resolving or escalating issues and mentoring other team members. Providing excellent administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of operations.
