This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing Handling inbound customer calls and emails, processing orders, and assisting with enquiries Managing customer accounts, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and invoices Uploading and maintaining accurate customer records on the ERP system Liaising with internal teams (production, despatch, and sales) to ensure smooth order fulfilment Proactively following up on quotes and identifying opportunities for upselling (no sales targets) Supporting customers with product information, returns, and repairs Requirements Previous B2B customer service experience Strong administration and order processing skills Confident handling inbound calls and resolving queries A proactive approach – comfortable following up with customers A positive, team-oriented personality – we love bubbly, engaging people Technical knowledge of parts/fixtures/fittings (desirable but not essential) Why Join?
