Over the last few years, we’ve been expanding the STYRKR brand, growing both D2C and B2B models to fulfil our vision of global domination. Currently, products from our brands and our growing client base are sold and distributed across the UK, USA, EU, Asia, and South America.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the E-commerce Marketing Manager will oversee and manage our company's online sales and brand presence. This role requires an analytical mindset, deep expertise in e-commerce platforms, and a passion for driving growth and customer satisfaction. You will blend marketing knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and commercial acumen to navigate the complexities of the wellness, fitness, and sports nutrition online landscape.
Main Accountabilities:
* Manage our Paid media agency for Meta and Google to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
* Manage our Email and CRM agency to deliver the Retention/CRM strategies.
* Manage our Amazon agency to deliver the Amazon growth strategies.
* Drive revenue and traffic growth across all D2C channels.
* Manage the delivery of ad creative, online creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, and Shopify improvements.
* Manage and own the SEO strategy and implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and creative assets tailored to specific target audiences and D2C marketing objectives.
* Monitor key performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support the execution of marketing initiatives as needed.
* Technical Shopify, Product listings, website site maintenance, APIs, development and external projects.
* Manage all; Affiliates, Subscriptions, Loyalty & Referrals, reviews, discounts.
* Regular online stock and demand planning with the purchasing and inventory team.
* P&L Reporting & Monitoring across all channels.

* Revenue Growth : Achieve significant online sales revenue growth compared to the previous year, meeting or exceeding set targets.
* Traffic Growth : Drive a substantial increase in website traffic through effective campaigns, SEO, and customer acquisition efforts.
* Conversion Rate Improvement : Enhance the website’s conversion rate by optimizing the user experience and product listings.
* Customer Acquisition : Acquire a targeted number of new customers through organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
* Average Order Value (AOV) : Increase AOV by promoting upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies.
* Customer Retention : Implement effective customer loyalty programs and personalized campaigns to improve retention.
* Inventory Management : Maintain optimal inventory levels with the inventory team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, improving profitability.
Success in 12 Months:
* Brand Awareness : Increase online presence and brand awareness through performance content, ad campaigns, email retention, and positive customer reviews.
* Customer Satisfaction : Improve satisfaction scores through timely order fulfillment, responsive support, and seamless shopping experiences.
