About the role
The Credit Hire team acts for multiple high-profile Insurer companies and deals with a variety of cases including Small Claims, Fast Track, and Multi Track claims.
The role represents an opportunity to have responsibility and progress a Motor Insurance (defendant) litigated Credit Hire caseload to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients, whilst ensuring high levels of service delivery and maintaining management information under the terms of the client's service level agreements (SLAs).
About you
We are seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate a real interest in Credit Hire work and have experience in proactively managing a litigated caseload of Motor Credit Hire Insurance cases to conclusion.
Including the following expertise: knowledge of the Credit Hire & PI technical principles, effective use of case management systems, meeting client SLAs, working flexibly in adjusting to changes in priority of workload, strong communication, administrative skills, and attention to detail.
An ideal candidate for the role will already possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and experience required to effectively run a Motor Credit Hire caseload.
