Responsibilities:
* Lead & manage projects through all RIBA stages
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders & consultants
* Mentor junior team members
* Contribute to business development & project bids
* Ensure technical accuracy & sustainability alignment
What You’ll Need:
* ARB/RIBA qualified with 5+ years post-Part III experience
* Strong project leadership & team management skills
* Proficient in Revit & BIM environments
* Knowledge of UK Building Regs & sustainability standards
* Experience in education, healthcare, or science sectors (preferred)
* Excellent client-facing & communication abilities
