About the role Working predominately on a 4on 4off shift pattern, days and nights, you will be responsible for: Accurately check-in freight and tourist vehicles/passengers at check-in booths or Driver’s Reception. Deliver excellent customer service while handling ticket sales (cash & card). Assist with loading and discharging vessels, using hand-held UHF radios for communication. Ensure Health & Safety best practices for colleagues and customers. Process freight reservations via email and phone, meeting DFDS customer service standards. Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail. About you We need a proactive, professional, and customer-focused individual who can work independently and represent DFDS with confidence and enthusiasm.
