JP Corry are currently recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager in Ramsey, Isle of Man As Assistant Branch Manager you will build strong relationships with staff and customers as you ensure sales and productivity targets are met and the highest standards of service are upheld. Alongside the Branch Manager you will help coordinate the day to day operations of the branch to drive efficiency and productivity; troubleshooting any problems that occur, and be closely involved in everything from monitoring performance to co-ordinating promotional activity, analysing competitor activity and compiling reports for use in operational forecasting. Serve branch customers as required Site H&S Ensure the implementation and adherence to H&S site standards and procedures Fleet Daily despatch logistics of branch fleet Responsible for Fleet Maintenance. Daily reporting of defects reporting to central Stark transport team Fleet Tachographs downloaded from lorry and uploaded centrally to Stark Product Stock Control & weekly stock availability checks Ordering stock into branch People Ensuring branch staff are suitably motivated and proactively fulfilling their role Manage branch staff annual leave requests & Monitor branch sickness absence Acting up as Branch Manager as and when required Are you who we are looking for?
