We are looking for a passionate Maths Teacher who:
• Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have successfully completed their Induction year. These qualifications ensure they have met the professional standards required for teaching and are equipped to deliver high-quality education.
• Experience:Applicants must have experience demonstrating their suitability to work with children and young people, along with a strong knowledge of recent developments in learning and teaching. A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies is essential. While experience teaching across the full secondary age and ability range up to A-Level is desirable, all candidates must be able to apply assessment for learning principles and differentiate instruction effectively.
• Skills:Successful candidates will possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using ICT for both teaching and administrative purposes, and a commitment to high standards and whole-school policies are essential. A positive attitude, dedication to professional development, and a commitment to equality and diversity are also key attributes.
