Peninsula East Primary Academy have a fantastic opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Nursery Manager to join the team from October 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to assist and ensure the best possible environment, the highest standards, and exceptional care are provided for our children. We are looking for an excellent practitioner who will be expected to provide high quality, flexible childcare for families.
We are looking for someone with:
1. To hold one of the following qualifications: QTS, EYTS or EYPS or a relevant Level 6 degree
2. Previous, recent experience managing a similar setting.
3. Excellent communicator at all levels.
4. Ability to organise own work and that of others, identify priorities and meet outcomes.
5. Lead by example, demonstrating high levels of drive, enthusiasm and passion with proven ability to motivate others.
6. Excellent written communication with ability to produce and evaluate reports.
7. Up to date knowledge of EYFS framework and other relevant regulations.
8. Knowledge of safeguarding children.
9. Proven success in managing provision and innovative teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage.

This is a permanent opportunity working Term Time + 1 week inset, 34.75 hours per week and offers an actual salary of £19,217 - £23,949 per annum (£23,893 - £29,777 full-time equivalent), based on experience. The hours for this role are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday with a 4:30pm finish on a Wednesday.
