Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Role
Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08.30 - 17.00 (1 Saturday in every 4 weeks with time back during the week)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Are you skilled in resolving queries and providing general updates? Our client, a leading organisation in the Contact Centre sector, is seeking 5 Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in Bristol.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all customer queries and job bookings are processed and handled efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls, including new quotations, booking new jobs, resolving queries, and providing updates.
2. Review and validate job bookings, ensuring parts are checked and authorised before the appointment date.
3. Proactively contact customers to schedule appointments for those who have not selected a booking date.
4. Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests.
5. Respond to email correspondence promptly.
6. Liaise with Branch Managers to keep them informed of any booking changes or amendments.
7. Work closely with Branches to achieve targets.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job notes.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in using computer systems and software.
