Job Description Purpose of the role To verify the accuracy, reliability, and soundness of the bank's analytical models by independently validating and assuring the quality of models. Accountabilities Development and implementation of validation plans for new and existing models. Preparation of model documentation that clearly explains the model's methodology, assumptions, limitations, and risks. Development and implementation of ongoing monitoring frameworks to ensure continued model accuracy and effectiveness, ensuring appropriate controls and governance in place. Analysis and assessment of the model's accuracy, performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Performing back testing and stress testing to assess model robustness under different conditions. Analyst Expectations Will have an impact on the work of related teams within the area.
