As a specialist teaching assistant, you will: Support pupils who require additional help, assisting them with managing their behavior and achieving daily milestones. Work on a varied schedule that includes one-to-one support and small group activities. Help ensure all pupils meet curriculum standards. Hours align with school opening times (8:30 AM–3:30 PM), though some roles may be limited to mornings or afternoons, offering flexibility to fit around other commitments.
