The Client
Our Client is a growing SaaS provider across two key vertical marketplaces in the UK and internationally. With a multi million pound recurring revenue and a solid management structure in place the organisation are now looking to appoint a CEO to take the organisation through the next phase of it's growth journey. The role will work closely with the lead investors to set out the strategy and take full P&L ownership of the business.
The Role
* Develop and execute a compelling growth strategy across UK and global market
* Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and market expansion
* Lead the senior leadership team across product, sales, operations, and customer success
* Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose
* Represent the company with investors, partners, and key healthcare stakeholders
* Maintain strong governance and financial oversight
The Person
* Proven leadership in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling small to mid-sized businesses in senior executive roles (CEO, CRO, COO).
* Strong commercial acumen, driving revenue growth through new business, customer expansion, and product development.
* Technically fluent in software and market trends
* Experienced in fundraising and private equity, confident in investor relations and financial oversight.
* Strategic, people-focused leader, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and high emotional intelligence.
