The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a specialist service business with offices in Milton Keynes
The Role
As Finance Manager you will report into the Head of Finance and take responsibility for the management of a small team and the day to day control of Treasury, VAT and Payroll duties for the business. Day to day duties will consist of:
* Treasury and cash management;
* Payroll (UK: In house, EU: Outsourced) and related tax authority reporting plus related control accounts;
* VAT / Import tax returns
* Managing corporation tax accounts
* Management of fixed asset accounts and creation of fixed asset registers;
* Review of management accounts and associated balance sheets
* Own relationships with bank and group Treasury team.
* Online banking administration and approval
* Group reporting (holding company management accounts, headcount reporting, cost reporting, other KPIs) - using enterprise level SAP tools.
* Team management, development and training
Your Profile
You will be a Studying, Qualified or QBE Accountant with experience in a mid-senior level finance role including management accounting, team management and Payroll and VAT looking for a new opportunity within a changing, developing and flexible working environment in Milton Keynes
