You're confident managing multiple priorities, building relationships at all levels, and getting things done. Now you're looking to apply these strengths in corporate governance.
What You'll Do
You'll be central to our governance effectiveness, ensuring our organisation can deliver its social mission effectively and compliantly. You work will support decision that directly impact housing and our communities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Running professional board meetings from agenda planning through to following up on actions
2. Managing our compliance processes and legal documentation
3. Supporting board member development and engagement programmes
4. Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
5. Taking ownership of governance systems and suggesting improvements
6. Supporting initiatives that improve residents’ lives through effective governance and engagement.
