Training and Development Advisor
Hull Based
£32k per annum
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 4:15 and Friday 8:00 - 4:00
A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
Job Overview:
To strengthen the Sales and Marketing function and to build and maintain relationships with our client companies.
Main Tasks & Job Activities:
1. Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of business products and services.
2. Achieve agreed personal sales targets across the range of Business products.
3. Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Maintain regular, effective and timely interventions with all prospects and customers ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM.
5. Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
6. Develop business proposals for prospects and carry out sales meetings with prospects and customers.
7. Gather and share intelligence to support the strategic and operational planning of the business.
8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies, and the general public.
9. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management that are applicable to the role.
10. Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events, including taking minutes when requested by management.
11. Organise and assist with events, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
12. Perform any other duties commensurate with this post as deemed important and suitable by the HR Manager after appropriate consultation.
