We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Student Receptionist to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. The post holder will need to ensure that they are professional and can complete tasks in a timely manner and to an excellent standard. The ideal candidate will be personable, have experience in a customer facing role and enjoy dealing with people, both in person and on the telephone.
This role will be based at The Nottingham Emmanuel School until 31st August 2025 and there will then be the opportunity to move to another Academy within Archway Learning Trust from this date.
The ideal candidate should:
* Be organised and flexible with a ‘can do’ professional approach to work
* Have excellent IT skills and be able to produce formal documents
* Have the ability to be proactive to assist all staff, students, parents and visitors
* Be happy to work alone or as part of a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop the role within The Nottingham Emmanuel School and then apply these skills in a move to another one of our schools within the Archway family from September 2025.
