The Role of the Business Unit Manager:
The role of the Business Unit Manager will be to head up an internal sales team at the company’s renowned West London Branch. You’ll be tasked with motivating them to achieve and maintain levels of sales and profitability. The role also involves establishing and developing a client base to support branch sales and margin. You’ll liaise with the operations and external sales teams to coordinate sales activities. This position is based in branch, with no remote working. The branch operates Monday-Friday.

The Ideal Person for the Business Unit Manager:
You’ll have experience managing and developing an internal sales team within the construction sector. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role within a builders merchant/distributor. Must be driven and adaptable to learn the company’s processes and deliver on tasks. A full driving licence is required, and you must be commutable to the West London Branch.
