Responsibilities A wide ranging remit to produce and enhance KPI reporting across the business. This will likely include close involvement in: Assisting Field Ops in optimising staff utilisation and efficiency Understanding and maximise Product profitability Analysing and maintaining component costs Understanding time required for delivery of services Call Centre productivity Corporate activity and booking efficiency Staff retention/turnover rates Field Ops Additional Tests and costs per Clinic Ad hoc analysis and support on a wide range of projects as they arise The hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day per week in our Worthing Head Office Requirements What we need you to have Advanced Excel Commercial acumen Analytical mindset Ability to distil complex issues into manageable portions Experience in producing and manipulating large volumes of data KPI reporting Ability to multi-task Self-motivated Comfortable working under pressure Able to work on your own initiative Knowledge of SQL and Python is beneficial but not essential Other information The next steps… So, if you think you’ve got some exceptional skills to offer us and Bluecrest feels like a place where you can belong, we’d love to learn more about you.
