CMA are partnering with a technology organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire that is going through unprecedented growth in order to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation that will give you the opportunity to develop your skillset and be involved in projects outside of the day to day finance duties.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Purchase ledger processing invoices and coding to the system;
Validating invoices and gaining authorisation from the relevant people in the business;
Supplier statement reconciliations;
Assisting with a system implementation;
Following the system implementation this role will then take on sales ledger, reconciliation and other Accounts Assistant duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Previous experience working within a finance team; ideally with some exposure to purchase ledger;
Exchequer experience would be advantageous;
Enthusiastic and keen to learn;
Strong communication skills.
