Property Administrator Role Overview: We are recruiting a Property Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established property management company managing both residential and commercial properties. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including handling tenant inquiries, managing lease paperwork, and liaising with solicitors on property-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues related to the properties. Lease Administration: Prepare and manage paperwork for leases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Legal Coordination: Maintain communication with solicitors regarding lease agreements and other legal documentation. General Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the property management team to ensure smooth office operations. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum of a few years in an administrative role, ideally within property management or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing tenant and solicitor correspondence. Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and ensure meticulous attention to detail. Professionalism: Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanour when dealing with tenants and legal contacts.
