About the role
EPNE Training is the operational brand of Education Partnership North East (EPNE) responsible for the delivery of the adult skills (19+) curriculum, delivering a proactive, and high-quality response to strategic skills priorities, industry and workforce needs all year round.
The role of Operations Manager - Virtual Learning will take ownership of developing a wide curriculum of learning, creating innovative models of delivery, planning and preparation of high-quality, sequenced learning through career-focused learning.
About the Candidate
You will have a proven track record of driving improvement in teaching and learning, delivering outstanding outcomes in educational settings. Out of the box thinking, proficient in implementing, leading and delivering on operational KPIs.
