Easement Solutions is a leading provider of land rights services, supporting utility companies with acquisitions for gas, electricity, water, and fibre connections.
This role will collaborate with the Client Account Managers, Key Projects Manager, and Directors to deliver exceptional service to utility companies, developers, and businesses.
Key Objectives
* To meet client needs in accordance with contractual agreements and codes of practice.
* To ensure compliance with business and legal standards.
* To deliver outstanding client service and support.
Responsibilities
* To execute project work on behalf of clients and provide expert advice.

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Requirements and Skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of the legal process for obtaining land rights.
* Able to promote a positive image of the organization.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Full-time position with 35 hours per week.
* Office-based role with minimum four days per week in the office.
* Salary banding: £25,000-£31,000pa dependent on experience.
* Annual leave entitlement is 26 days per year plus Bank Holidays.
