B2B Sales Executive
Full Time - Permanent
Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
£25,000 Basic, OTE £40K Uncapped
WEEKLY PAY including commission
Hours: 1.30 pm - 9.00 pm
Location: Altrincham
We are currently recruiting a number of Professional Sales Executives to work with Digital Marketing clients based in Altrincham.

The Role:
1. Cold call potential customers to generate interest and transfer prospects to the Business Development Manager for product demonstrations.
2. Manage data accurately - changing the sales stage and understanding the dispositions which affect the output in CRM.
3. Manage calls/callbacks.
4. Ensure performance is in line with the average data yield.
5. Maintain call quality - adhere to the script.
6. Handle objections effectively.
7. Meet weekly point target during the probation period.
8. Develop relationships to ensure effective communication with all departments within the business.
9. Lead by example as a role model for new recruits.
10. Demonstrate ethical behaviour and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
11. Be a reliable and dependable team player with an excellent attendance record and time-keeping.
12. Exhibit consistent positive behaviour on a day-to-day basis.
13. Respond positively to change and support management in change implementation.
14. Demonstrate initiative and drive.
15. Show emotional resilience.
