What you’ll do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a pivotal role in Adarma’s continued growth as you will support the generation of new business for Adarma. You will leverage tools and data available to build out the buying group and intelligence on target accounts. You will then be responsible for nurturing and qualifying these to be handed over to an Adarma Client Director for further progression. Your work and communication skills set the tone for the customer journey from lead to a highly satisfied customer.
In this role, you’ll be:
* Working within our Go-To-Market (GTM) team and in partnership with our Vendors and channel to qualify, build and deliver pipeline within the enterprise segment and our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
* Working closely with the Demand Generation team, the SDR will be responsible for contacting leads and qualifying them to develop pipeline
* Developing new sales opportunities using digital and social selling, including outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, calls and lead follow-up
* Understanding and articulating the value of Adarma’s product & services portfolio
* Helping to identify and understand the best approach to key target accounts in conjunction with our strategic partners
* Undertaking, developing and documenting stakeholder mapping across key target accounts
* Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
* Maintaining data integrity within our CRM system
Where you’ll be
This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in the office) based from our Edinburgh site. More details will be provided during the interview process.
How you’ll grow
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Go-To-Market team that spans marketing, sales and pre-sales. You will have the opportunity to help establish the SDR function within Adarma and shape how that works from a systems, process and reporting perspective. There is an opportunity to hone your sales skills and progress as a sales professional within Adarma.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Experience within a Cyber Security / Technical sales organisation
* Ability to clearly articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to individuals of varying seniority and technical expertise
* Experience conducting research on potential clients, their industries, and specific cybersecurity needs
* Experience building senior relationships within a professional environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
