We are looking for Service Desk Network Engineer is to support the Service Desk Manager for a healthcare client, with the responsibility for successful implementation and ongoing managements applications and systems, as well as implementation of strategy and programmes of work. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and service delivery aspects within the client areas.
The client is looking for someone who has:
* Relevant qualifications, such as Standard Level General Education (or equivalent), CCNA, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, and a Certificate in Management.
* Experience managing telephony, paging, or IT systems in large organizations, preferably within an acute hospital setting.
* A solid background in first- or second-line service desk support, as well as familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies.
* Strong customer-facing skills, with expertise in collaborative problem-solving and understanding varied customer needs.
* A good working knowledge of voice networks, as well as desktop and application support.
