Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cruise Sales Expert to join our sales team at Kenwood Travel. As a Luxury Cruise Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients receive personalized, memorable cruise experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their cruise preferences and needs, offering expert advice on luxury cruise options and itineraries.
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to booking, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every client.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge & Expertise
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Seabourn, and other high-end brands.
* Stay informed about new cruise offerings, destinations, and trends within the luxury cruise market to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Booking & GDS Management
* Utilize the Galileo GDS system for flight bookings and manage complex itineraries, including pre- and post-cruise stays.
* Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for all cruise and travel components, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
Customer Service & Support
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Manage post-booking support, including amendments, cancellations, and additional requests to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in selling luxury cruises, preferably within a travel agency or tour operator.
* Demonstrable experience with GDS systems, particularly Galileo, is essential.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of luxury cruise products and destinations, with a proven ability to match clients to the right experiences.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value bookings.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client needs and bookings are handled efficiently.
