Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to support the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and executing the food & beverage strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This role is key to shaping the strategic direction of the business while ensuring adherence to brand standards, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing the Food and Beverage strategy.
Drive high standards and ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with top suppliers to maintain high-quality products.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of the team.
Coordinate with other departments to improve performance and guest experience.
Ensure consistent communication across teams and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
Maintain a hands-on presence and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
Monitor financial targets, controlling costs, and driving additional revenue.
Support the Director in managing department budget and capex projects.
Qualifications:
Hotel school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in 5-star hotels and previous leadership roles.
Strong food and wine knowledge.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Salary £49,000 per year plus also receive service charge of between £1,500 - £2,000 per year.
