Contract Duration: January 2025 to at least July 2025
Salary: MPR / UPR (Depending on experience) + SEN allowance

Post Requirements:
1. Previous experience of delivering History at KS3 and GCSE level.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team.
3. An understanding of the ethos of the school and the ability to support and develop all pupils regardless of ability, education, behavioral, social, or emotional need.
4. Ability to effectively manage low-level challenging behaviors if and when the need arises.
5. A willingness to play a full part in the life of the school regarding teaching, pastoral care, curriculum enrichment activities, and building positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.
6. Experience of teaching within a Special Educational Needs environment would be an advantage.
7. Resilience, reliability, high levels of organization, and commitment.
